I’m moving to Boulder!
I am planning on moving to Colorado, because I will be working in Boulder, but I don’t know where I should be looking for a residence. I realize that Boulder real estate is a better investment, but it is beyond my means at present. What I like about Boulder is the proximity to the mountains and the great shopping, but some of the surrounding cities are a lot cheaper.
I am consideringLongmont Colorado real estate also. Longmont in the Northeast is only a 15 minute drive. That figure could be 30 minutes instead of 15 minutes but I can live with that. I understand it is about 25% to 40% more economical out there. I think Longmont CO has a larger selection of homes too.
I would reckon that my wife will find a job in <Denver CO, and, in that case, we should probably be considering Louisville CO real estate, or even Lafayette CO. My wife would probably find it a lot easier to drive to Denver from these areas than from Longmont. Both Louisville and Lafayette have downtown locations that I really like but they are both more expensive than Longmont. They are both close to Superior Colorado real estate but I don’t particularly like Superior/Rock Creek. That city feels too much like California.I suppose I could look to Broomfield CO real estate. That place, while being close to Boulder, offers the best commute to Denver because it is further south than Louisville or Lafayette.
}When I am next in Colorado residence hunting, I reckon I’d be able to work it out.
